Thank you for your willingness to be included on the rosters for the weekly housekeeping duties. If you are unable to take your turn please try and swap with someone else.

The cleaning materials and supplies are located in the cupboard in the men’s toilet. If supplies are running low please let Gaynor or Camille know.

The vacuum cleaner is located in the cupboard in the social hall (use the main door key). Please remember to empty the bag. Thank you for your co-operation and support in keeping our building a complex to be proud of.

Any suggestions on how to improve our upkeep of the building please let Gaynor or Camille know.

Clean hand basins & mirrors
Wash floor when necessary
Replace towels
Replenish toilet paper and soap

Kitchen

Wipe benches and clean sinks
Wipe out microwave and pie warmer when necessary
Clean stove when necessary
Sweep the floor and wash
Replenish dishwashing liquid

Stairs, Lounge and Primary

Vacuum
Dust
Clean toilet when necessary
Replace towel and tea towel
Replenish soap and toilet paper

Please be there by 10 am
Welcome and give out Newsletter and any other relevant information.
Give visitors names to Major for personal welcome during the meeting.
Where applicable introduce visitor to someone in the congregation to sit with.
After the service please return Bibles to stand in foyer and remove any clutter from back of seats.

Luncheon Set Up and Serve

Please arrive by 9.45am.
Setup tables, chairs, cloths, plates, cutlery and serviettes.
Receive food and prepare for heating, reheating or putting in fridge.
